1. Supervise and ensure the monitoring and control of Central Costs alongside a junior controller.
2. Guarantee the accuracy of financial data within systems and alignment of management tools with departmental objectives.
3. Act as a Business Partner to the Executive Committee, ensuring optimal resource allocation and defending budgets with rigorous data analysis.
4. Participate in annual budget construction, revisions, and planning, challenging assumptions and operational needs.
5. Monitor monthly expenses against budget, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
6. Conduct regular forecasts to anticipate budget deviations.
7. Perform in-depth cost analyses, identify optimization opportunities, and propose action plans.
8. Evaluate investment requests and projects for profitability and cost impact.
9. Establish relevant performance indicators (KPIs) for cost monitoring.
10. Coordinate with HR to monitor payroll.
11. Oversee monthly closing activities in collaboration with operations and accounting.
12. Prepare clear and concise monthly reports for financial and operational management.
13. Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using advanced Excel, BI tools, and ERP.
14. Propose improvements for management control tools and processes.

1. Master's degree in Management or Finance from a university or business school.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in external audit, consolidation/reporting, and management control.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and synthesis capability.
3. Curiosity, organization, autonomy, and rigor.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and respect for data confidentiality.
5. Dynamic, proactive, and innovative in improving management and integrating new projects.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in external audit, consolidation/reporting, and management control is required.

Master's degree in Management or Finance.
