Guerlain Business Manager

1. Ensure the Boutique achieves annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
2. Manage retail sell-thru and promotional programs in Epcot and Summer Lace Boutique, supporting external programs.
3. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and National Sales Director.
4. Recruit, hire, and develop Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, managing the team to achieve sales goals.
5. Train Disney cast members on Guerlain products and implement sales incentives.
6. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget compliance, coordinating with Disney HR.
7. Provide product and sales training to in-store staff, including new programs and suggestive selling techniques.
8. Develop and maintain client registration and replenishment programs.
9. Ensure compliance with Disney internal processes and maintain Guerlain and Disney image standards.
10. Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for Beauty Advisors.
11. Execute visual plans for promotional events in partnership with Disney’s Visual Merchandising team.
12. Monitor event performance and submit promotional recaps to the Account Executive.
13. Manage stock levels and approve purchase orders in Disney’s internal system.
14. Analyze product allocations and recommend quantities.
15. Adhere to Guerlain and Disney policies, ensuring security and compliance with safety codes.
16. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve service and productivity.
17. Maintain store image and manage support inventory.

1. 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
2. Previous experience within Disney preferred.
3. Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.

Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, preferably within a Disney environment.

Salary range of $70,000-$75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
