Guerlain Business Manager

- Ensure the Boutique achieves annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Manage retail sell-thru and promotional programs in Epcot and Summer Lace Boutique, supporting external programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and National Sales Director.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, managing the team to achieve sales goals.
- Train Disney cast members on Guerlain products and implement sales incentives.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget compliance, coordinating with Disney HR.
- Provide product and sales training to in-store staff, including new programs and suggestive selling techniques.
- Develop and maintain client registration and replenishment programs.
- Ensure compliance with Disney internal processes and maintain Guerlain and Disney image standards.
- Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for Beauty Advisors.
- Execute visual plans for promotional events in partnership with Disney’s Visual Merchandising team.
- Monitor event performance and submit promotional recaps to the Account Executive.
- Manage stock levels and approve purchase orders in Disney’s internal system.
- Analyze product allocations and recommend quantities.
- Adhere to Guerlain and Disney policies, ensuring security and compliance with safety codes.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve service and productivity.
- Maintain store image and manage support inventory.
- 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Previous experience within Disney preferred.
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Passionate about the Guerlain brand and its values.
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong team player and effective communicator.
- Resourceful with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to network and build partnerships within Disney Corporate Alliance.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, preferably within a Disney environment.
Salary range of $70,000-$75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
