1. Serve as an ambassador of Guerlain, embodying and transmitting the brand's values to customers and employees.
2. Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and customer service excellence.
3. Ensure the implementation of strategies set by management.
4. Develop and maintain a unique customer experience and impeccable service.
5. Recruit, develop, and retain customers while monitoring customer KPIs.
6. Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and ensure objectives are met.
7. Analyze and share business KPIs and manage reporting.
8. Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new employees.
9. Ensure a climate of trust within the team through effective management and communication.
10. Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
11. Supervise administrative management including schedules, payroll, and bonuses.
12. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain the boutique's image.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in luxury retail management.

2. Strong organizational capacity and commercial sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management applications.
4. Ability to coach and lead a team with managerial courage.
5. Dynamic, empathetic, and autonomous with a power of proposal.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management, demonstrating a successful track record in sales and customer service.
