1. Analyze business performance across product lines and categories, including conducting launch reviews and competitor analysis.
2. Provide strategic recommendations on product offerings, quantities, assortments, and competitive practices.
3. Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies across all touchpoints, including catalog optimization, merchandising, digital experiences, and sampling strategies.
4. Collaborate with customer experience teams, including training, merchandising, digital, and direct retail, to align on product category strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 4 to 5 years of higher education.
2. Prior experience in marketing project management, preferably in the luxury or beauty sectors.

2. Proactive and committed with excellent teamwork capabilities.
3. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to summarize and present information.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
