1. Analyze the performance of product lines and categories, conduct launch reviews, and assess competitors' results and market trends.
2. Make strategic recommendations regarding product offerings, quantities, assortments, and competitive best practices.
3. Ensure the implementation of axis strategies across all touchpoints, including catalogue optimization, merchandising, digital experiences, services, and sampling strategies.
4. Coordinate with customer experience contributors in training, merchandising, digital, and direct retail to align with product category strategies.

1. Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 4 to 5 years of higher education.
2. Initial experience in marketing project management, preferably in the luxury or beauty sectors.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and committed with excellent teamwork abilities.
3. Analytical skills with a strong aptitude for summarizing and presenting data.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level experience in marketing project management, ideally within the luxury or beauty sectors.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
