- Coordinate with the Category and Key Account Management teams to align product assortments with marketing strategies and sales potential.
- Develop sales arguments for clients regarding the clustering of makeup, skincare, and fragrance ranges.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of assortments in retail locations through tracking tools.
- Establish and maintain distribution measurement tables by reference and retailer.
- Conduct ad hoc assortment analyses, such as for specific product lines like Orchidée Impériale.
- Forecast sell-in for new product placements and monitor their performance in collaboration with KAMs and marketing teams.
- Co-define product launch quotas by retailer and track placements.
- Manage RACs (Returns and Allowances) and develop action plans.
- Assist in determining product discontinuation dates for each retailer.
- Support the definition of promotional offers with Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate annual pricing with international teams and the French marketing category.
- Contribute to sell-out/sell-in analyses and provide recommendations to the Director of Key Accounts.
- Support internal sales initiatives to boost revenue and reduce RACs.
- Assist the Director of Key Accounts with business reviews and budgetary analyses for executive presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on finance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- Enthusiastic, autonomous, and curious with recognized teamwork abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with tools such as Klee, Okalys, Newvizz, and Orion sell-out is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business or a related field.
