Guerlain Business Analyst Intern

- Coordinate with Category and Key Account Management teams to align product assortments with marketing strategy and sales potential.
- Develop sales arguments for clients regarding the clustering of makeup, skincare, and fragrance ranges.
- Monitor and implement assortments in retail locations through tracking tools.
- Establish and maintain a distribution measurement table by reference and retailer.
- Conduct ad hoc assortment analyses, such as for specific product lines.
- Forecast and track the sell-in and sell-out performance of new product launches in collaboration with Key Account Managers and marketing teams.
- Contribute to the management of product discontinuation dates for each retailer.
- Support the definition of temporary commercial animation offers with Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate annual pricing for France distribution in consultation with international pricing teams and marketing.
- Contribute to differentiation plans during annual planning through sell-out/sell-in analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in the internal sales management for LVMH Group events to boost revenue and reduce unsold inventory.
- Provide analytical support for business reviews and budgetary meetings to the Director of Key Accounts.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business or a related financial field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, autonomous, and curious with excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Analytical skills with a capacity to challenge existing processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Klee, Okalys, Newvizz, and Orion sell-out is advantageous.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Finance.
