- Manage the monthly sell-out data loading process into the BI system for both local market and travel retail channels.
- Oversee door creation and project evolution follow-up related to key platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Anaplan.
- Develop and provide specific reports and analysis to aid all departments in performance management.
- Serve as the key contact for all departments to ensure effective performance piloting, influencing strategy, and providing dedicated analysis.
- Contribute significantly to budget and board presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to provide weekly analysis, focusing on trends, rankings, and market share, particularly with Sephora.
- Conduct product analysis and identify key leverages, working with partners to gather market information.
- Perform deep dives into trade performance, analyzing strategic podium performance and proposing trade arbitrage when necessary.
- Lead the performance retail weekly meeting with Comex and drive acceleration on KPIs use.
- Work closely with the finance team to align with HQ processes and conduct customer analysis within the Travel Retail channel.
- Maintain constant communication with HQ, participating in bi-monthly BA community meetings and providing weekly sales updates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Business Intelligence or equivalent.
- BA Degree; a Master's Degree is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with high energy and accuracy.
- Passion for luxury and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a plus.
