1. Support the Business Analyst in collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to enhance sales productivity and control.
2. Track and analyze sales figures, including sell-in and sell-out metrics by category and retailer, through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
3. Conduct NPD analysis focusing on market trends, competition, and top cities.
4. Perform benchmark analysis and assess sell-out potential for new product launches.
5. Conduct follow-up analysis on the performance of new launches against targets.
6. Analyze door productivity, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Manage business intelligence topics, reports, and analysis across departments such as marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, and training.
8. Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
9. Assist the sales team with presentations during canvass sessions.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Management Engineering.

3. Precision and attention to detail.
4. Dynamic and flexible with effective time management skills and a collaborative approach.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
7. Fluency in English and Italian.

Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.
