- Support the Business Analyst in collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to enhance sales productivity and control.
- Track and analyze sales figures, including sell-in and sell-out metrics by category and retailer, through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct NPD analysis focusing on market trends, competition, and top cities.
- Perform benchmark analysis and assess sell-out potential for new product launches.
- Conduct follow-up analysis on the performance of new launches against targets.
- Analyze door productivity, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage business intelligence topics, reports, and analysis across departments such as marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, and training.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
- Assist the sales team with presentations during canvass sessions.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Management Engineering.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Dynamic and flexible with effective time management skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Management Engineering.
