Guerlain Brand Marketing Development Manager - Makeup

- Contribute to the strategic and creative development of marketing plans and business plans for the Teint franchises, Météorites and Parure Gold.
- Assist in creative brainstorming, conceptual writing, and iconographic research including moodboards and concept development.
- Collaborate with laboratory, packaging, and purchasing teams for product development.
- Support the creation, coordination, and 360-degree orchestration of product campaigns, managing briefs to key stakeholders such as Artistic Direction, Merchandising, and Communication.
- Prepare for major international events including marketing plans, international meetings, and budgeting.
- Manage the existing product portfolio, tracking quantitative and qualitative results, profitability, and handling discontinuations.
- Allocate budgets appropriately across product lines based on franchise priorities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy, including trend analysis, consumer needs, and performance evaluations.
- Manage a Product Manager.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Business or equivalent university degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably in beauty, makeup, or skincare.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence.
- Strong storytelling and brand narrative skills.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Team player with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Innovative with the ability to anticipate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years in marketing development roles, ideally within the beauty sector focusing on makeup or skincare.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Business or equivalent.
