Guerlain Brand Manager - Skincare Development

- Supervise and mentor a team of two, fostering skill development, autonomy, and creativity.
- Articulate a clear and inspiring vision while maintaining a climate of trust and high standards.
- Lead strategic planning for premium skincare franchises in alignment with company priorities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and business plans.
- Engage in creative and conceptual thinking to develop unique and meaningful concepts based on market insights and consumer expectations.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and development opportunities.
- Draft key conceptual elements and iconographic research to inspire storytelling and support creative development.
- Prepare for major international annual events, including marketing plans, international meetings, and budgeting.
- Manage the existing portfolio, monitoring quantitative and qualitative results, profitability, and proposing product variations.
- Coordinate 360-degree product campaigns, handling briefs for key stakeholders and overseeing asset production.
- Allocate budgets effectively across product lines based on franchise priorities.
- Analyze product line performance, market trends, and competition to identify potential action levers.
- Drive cross-departmental projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Propose solutions to reduce product time-to-market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence.
- Ability to craft and convey brand storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- Agility, curiosity, and team collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing development roles, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Master's preferred.
