- Drive strategic thinking for premium skincare franchises in alignment with the brand's priorities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and business plans.
- Engage in creative and conceptual thinking, incorporating market insights and consumer expectations to develop distinctive and meaningful concepts.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and development opportunities.
- Craft key conceptual elements and iconographic research to inspire storytelling and support creative endeavors.
- Prepare for major international annual events, including marketing plans, international meetings, and budget sessions.
- Manage the existing portfolio effectively, including tracking quantitative and qualitative results, profitability, and handling discontinuations.
- Coordinate and orchestrate 360-degree product campaigns, managing briefs to key stakeholders and overseeing asset production.
- Monitor product line budgets, allocating resources strategically based on franchise priorities.
- Analyze product line, market, and competitive performance to identify potential action levers.
- Drive cross-departmental projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to solutions that reduce the time-to-market for portfolio products.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent from a top-tier university.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Development roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Creative mindset with strong conceptual intelligence and brand storytelling capabilities.
- High degree of autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to anticipate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing development roles, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
