Guerlain Brand Manager - Skincare Development

- Participate in the strategic and creative development of marketing and business plans for Guerlain's premium skincare franchises.
- Conduct competitive analyses and market studies to inform marketing strategies and identify development opportunities.
- Contribute to creative ideation, conceptual writing, and iconographic research for marketing materials.
- Prepare for major international events, including marketing plans, international meetings, and budget discussions.
- Manage and animate the existing product portfolio, ensuring profitability and coordinating product discontinuations and extensions.
- Support the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree product campaigns, including briefing key stakeholders and overseeing asset production.
- Monitor product line budgets, allocating resources effectively based on franchise priorities.
- Analyze product line, market, and competitor performance to identify potential action levers.
- Drive cross-departmental projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to reducing product time-to-market within the portfolio.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing development, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence with strong brand storytelling abilities.
- High degree of autonomy and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities proactively.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in marketing development roles, with a focus on beauty or luxury industries preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Master's preferred.
Position offers a hybrid working model based in Paris, with immediate availability.
