- Contribute to the strategic and creative development of the marketing and business plans for the Premium Skincare franchises.
- Conduct competitive analyses and studies to inform marketing strategies and identify development opportunities, including consumer trends and performance analyses.
- Engage in creative brainstorming, conceptual writing, and iconographic research to support brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare for major international events, including marketing plans, international meetings, and budget discussions.
- Manage and animate the existing product portfolio, ensuring profitability and proposing new iterations.
- Support the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree product campaigns, including briefing key stakeholders and overseeing asset production.
- Monitor and allocate budgets effectively across product lines based on franchise priorities.
- Analyze product line performance, market trends, and competition to identify potential action levers.
- Drive inter-departmental projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery, identifying possible optimizations.
- Propose solutions to reduce product time-to-market.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence with strong brand storytelling abilities.
- Autonomous and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities proactively and effectively.
- Agile, curious, and team-oriented with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Innovative with the ability to anticipate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
A minimum of 5 years in marketing development roles, ideally within the beauty or luxury industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree.
