- Lead and mentor a team of two, enhancing their skills, autonomy, and creativity.
- Communicate a clear and inspiring vision while maintaining a climate of trust and high standards.
- Drive strategic thinking for Premium Skincare franchises in alignment with the brand's priorities.
- Participate in the development of marketing and business plans.
- Contribute to creative and conceptual thinking, integrating market insights and consumer expectations to develop unique and meaningful concepts.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and development opportunities.
- Draft key conceptual elements and iconographic research to inspire storytelling and support creations.
- Prepare for major international annual events, including marketing plans, international meetings, and budgets.
- Manage the existing portfolio effectively, including tracking quantitative and qualitative results, profitability, and proposing adaptations.
- Coordinate and orchestrate 360 product campaigns, managing briefs to key stakeholders and ensuring asset production follow-up.
- Monitor product line budgets, allocating resources appropriately based on franchise priorities.
- Analyze product line, market, and competitive performance to identify potential action levers.
- Drive inter-departmental projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met, identifying possible optimizations.
- Contribute to solutions that reduce the time-to-market for products within the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence.
- Strong storytelling and brand communication skills.
- High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and with engagement.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
