Guerlain Brand Content Intern

- Participate in the development of digital content for 360° platforms including social media, e-commerce, e-retail, CRM, PR-Influence, and POS to support strategic and tactical launches.
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs by conducting benchmarks, gathering inspirations, and proposing innovative ideas, including art purchases.
- Analyze requests for proposals to meet the needs of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with identified service providers for image and video production, covering pre-production, shooting, post-production, and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Manage supplier accounting, including issuing purchase orders.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business, communication, or a related field.
- Ideally, previous experience in content creation within an agency or company, preferably in the luxury sector (experience with perfumes and cosmetics is a plus).
- Strong sensitivity to brand image and strategy, with the ability to propose creative recommendations and anticipate emerging creative trends.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously with a proactive and committed approach.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature, recognized for teamwork, kindness, humility, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is advantageous.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners with some exposure to content creation in luxury sectors.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or equivalent university program.
