- Lead and manage the counter, motivating and developing the team in accordance with Guerlain guidelines, retail KPIs, and sales targets, including staff scheduling.
- Provide professional, individualized, and unique customer consultations following Guerlain guidelines.
- Build and develop a strong and exclusive customer base.
- Ensure an excellent level of service with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Control and optimize counter operations, sales, and metrics, including reporting.
- Develop and organize sales-promoting activities at the point of sale.
- Maintain the luxurious brand image and implement merchandising guidelines.
- Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Strong identification with the Maison.
- Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and adeptness with metrics to derive actions.
- High motivation to take responsibility and achieve sales targets.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Empathetic and practical leadership style.
- Open and confident personality with style.
Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail with team leadership responsibilities.
