- Implement Guerlain's retail strategy and ensure achievement of set objectives.
- Participate in setting and achieving business goals.
- Analyze and manage business performance and associated KPIs, reporting to top management.

- Analyze competitive environment and work with surrounding network to identify business opportunities.

- Maintain privileged relationships with the store's VIC clients.
- Represent the brand at in-store and out-of-store events.

- Set individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Coach and train teams, ensuring continuous development of skills.

- Ensure the store's image is maintained, including cleanliness and team presentation.
- Participate in merchandising setup and offer recommendations.
