Guerlain Boutique Manager

- Lead and manage the boutique independently, including team motivation and development in alignment with Guerlain guidelines, retail KPIs, and sales targets.
- Provide professional, personalized, and unique customer consultations according to Guerlain standards.
- Develop and expand a strong and exclusive customer base.
- Ensure an exceptional level of service with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Monitor and optimize boutique operations, sales, and key metrics, including reporting.
- Independently develop and organize sales-promoting activities at the point of sale.
- Maintain the luxurious brand image and implement merchandising guidelines.
- Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Strong identification with the Maison.
- Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Analytical thinking and adeptness with key metrics to derive actions.
- High motivation to take responsibility and achieve sales targets.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Empathetic and practical leadership style.
- Open and confident personality with style.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
