- Lead and manage the counter, including team motivation and development in line with Guerlain guidelines and sales targets.
- Provide professional and personalized customer consultations according to Guerlain standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong and exclusive customer base.
- Ensure an exceptional level of service with a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor and optimize counter operations, sales, and key performance indicators, including reporting.
- Develop and organize sales-promoting activities at the point of sale.
- Maintain the luxurious brand image and implement merchandising guidelines.
- Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Strong identification with the Maison.
- Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Analytical thinking and adeptness with key performance indicators to derive actions.
- High motivation and accountability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Empathetic and practical leadership style.
- Open and confident personality with style.
Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, with a focus on team leadership and customer service excellence.
