1. Lead and manage the counter, motivating and developing the team in alignment with Guerlain guidelines, retail KPIs, and sales objectives, including personnel planning.

1. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
2. Proven experience in team leadership.
3. Strong identification with the Maison.
4. Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
