- Implement Guerlain's policies to achieve sales targets and P&L objectives, managing budgets responsibly.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and spearhead action plans, initiatives, and partnerships to maximize results.

- Set clear individual and team objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training opportunities.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Experience working in a luxury retail environment is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a budget is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership courage with a dynamic and empathetic approach.
- Commercially savvy and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
