1. Represent and convey Guerlain's values to clients.
2. Develop the institute's revenue while ensuring excellence in treatments and customer service.
3. Provide a unique customer experience by building genuine connections and embodying the 'Guerlain Promise'.
4. Foster customer loyalty and expand the local and international clientele using available tools.
5. Participate in achieving customer satisfaction survey results.
6. Apply Guerlain's treatment protocols and methods for diagnostics and personalization.
7. Be versatile in providing body, face, and manicure treatments for a diverse clientele.
8. Master product characteristics across three axes and achieve additional sales.
9. Ensure individual and collective targets are met, including revenue and KPIs.
10. Embody Guerlain's values and promote teamwork.
11. Contribute to the institute's overall harmony by adhering to retail excellence and procedures.
12. Maintain grooming standards including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

1. BTS Esthétique level training.
2. At least 2 years of experience in an institute.
3. Fluency in English.

6. Proficiency in Excel and Word; knowledge of commercial management applications is a plus.
