1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the Guerlain brand image.
2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with customers.
4. Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
5. Develop lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the supervisor.
8. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
5. Sales acumen and customer service orientation.

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
