1. Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate and cultivate relationships with customers.
3. Identify and address customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose personalized product offers.
5. Develop enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure adequate product availability.
9. Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

1 - 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
