1. Sell Guerlain products and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and build enduring relationships with customers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs effectively.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
5. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure product availability.
9. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

1-2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
