1. Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate and cultivate relationships with customers.
3. Identify and address customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate personalized product offers to customers.
5. Foster long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor.
9. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Customer-focused with a keen understanding of luxury brand values.

1 - 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
