4. Engage in creative counter design and merchandising to attract and retain customers.

1. Passion for makeup and beauty industry.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar role preferred; open to career changers.

1. Proficiency in German with additional language skills, preferably English.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Comfortable with PC usage and digital trends.

Open to entry-level candidates with a passion for beauty and customer service.

A minimum gross salary of €2,195 to €2,275 per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
