1. Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, advising clients and promoting Benefit products at the counter.
2. Specialize in eyebrow, lash, and makeup services, using empathy and aesthetic sense to enhance clients' looks.
3. Manage appointments, reorder products, report key sales and inventory figures, and liaise with retail partners.
4. Contribute creatively to counter design and merchandising.

1. Passion for makeup and beauty industry.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairstylist, or similar background preferred but not required.

1. Proficiency in PC usage and digital trends.
2. Strong communication skills in German, with additional language skills in English preferred.
3. Ability to work independently with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Open to entry-level candidates, with a preference for those with some experience in makeup artistry or related fields.

The position offers a minimum collective agreement salary of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.

Includes training as a Brow Bar Artist, an annual allowance of complimentary Benefit products, free Benefit services during leisure time, and access to LVMH group training and development opportunities.
