1. Passion for makeup and beauty.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
3. Proficiency in German with additional language skills, particularly in English, is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

Minimum salary of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
