1. Passion for makeup and beauty.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairstylist, or similar background is ideal, but not mandatory.
3. Proficiency in German, with additional language skills, preferably English, being advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

A minimum gross salary of €2,195 to €2,275 per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
