1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and image of Guerlain.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs, offering tailored product solutions.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special promotions and product launches.
6. Maintain and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at points of sale.
7. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
8. Meet retail sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory.
11. Execute operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order processing.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Valid driver's permit.

1. Result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
