1. Serve as a Brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the Guerlain image.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Points of Sale.
8. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Meet retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
10. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
12. Execute operational and administrative tasks such as reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Possession of a valid Driver's Permit.

1. Result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
