1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and image of Guerlain.

5. Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
6. Maintain and follow up on Key Performance Indicators at the point of sale.

8. Meet retail sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate standards.
10. Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager.
11. Execute operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order processing.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Valid driver's license.

1. Result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industries, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
