1. Advise and sell Guerlain products to meet established sales targets.
2. Serve clients in treatment and makeup cabins, ensuring a superior customer experience.
3. Maintain the brand's image in accordance with marketing guidelines, including personal presentation.
4. Establish and nurture positive relationships with retail points of sale.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special offers and promotions.
6. Stay informed about product features and benefits.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the selective perfume or cosmetics sector.
2. Mandatory availability to travel at least 80% of the time.
3. Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.

3. Ability to maintain brand image and personal presentation.
4. Competence in monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

A minimum of 5 years in public sales within the luxury perfume or cosmetics industry is required.

Secondary education or vocational training in aesthetics. Certification in art and/or makeup is desirable.

Fixed salary plus incentives.
