1. Advise customers with a smile, sell products, and highlight the Benefit range at the counter.
2. Assist customers with eyebrows, lashes, and makeup, using empathy and a sense of aesthetics.
3. Schedule appointments, reorder products, report key sales and assortment figures, and network with retail contacts.
4. Engage in creative counter design and merchandising.

1. Passion for makeup.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar background is ideal; career changers are welcome.

1. Proficiency in using a PC and interest in new digital trends.
2. Fluent communication in German, with additional language skills, preferably English.
3. Independent personality with an open and friendly demeanor.

Entry-level position.

A minimum salary of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
