1. Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on product selection and application with a smile.
2. Promote and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, ensuring the counter is visually appealing and well-stocked.
3. Specialize in eyebrow shaping, lashes, and makeup application, utilizing aesthetic sensibilities to enhance clients' appearances.
4. Schedule appointments, manage inventory orders, and communicate key sales and product information to retail partners.
5. Engage in creative counter design and merchandising to attract and retain clientele.

1. Passion for makeup and beauty industry.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar role is advantageous; career changers are welcome.
3. Proficiency in using computers and interest in digital trends.
4. Fluency in German with additional language skills, preferably English.

The position offers a minimum salary range of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
