1. Serve as an ambassador of Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values to clients.
2. Deliver client treatments (facial, body, manicure, pedicure, waxing) following Guerlain's specific protocols, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
3. Prioritize customer relations by creating genuine connections and providing impeccable service.
4. Foster client loyalty and expand both local and international clientele using available tools.
5. Contribute to the client satisfaction survey results of the Institute.
6. Apply Guerlain's treatment protocols and methods, offering personalized diagnostics and treatments.
7. Be versatile in providing body, facial, and manicure treatments to a diverse and discerning clientele.
8. Master product characteristics across all three axes and achieve additional sales.
9. Ensure the achievement and monitoring of individual and collective sales targets.
10. Embody Guerlain's values and promote team spirit.
11. Participate in and animate team briefings, sharing insights and contributing to the Institute's overall harmony.
12. Maintain retail excellence and adhere to procedures set by Boutique Management (cash handling, cabin maintenance, merchandising, stock management).
13. Adhere to grooming standards (uniform, makeup, hairstyle, manicure).

1. CAP, Bac pro, or BTS in Esthetics

1. Proficiency in English
2. Strong challenge orientation
3. Excellent listening and advisory skills
4. Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
5. Service-oriented mindset in a luxury environment
6. Result and client-oriented approach

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
