1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the Guerlain image.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at points of sale.
8. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
9. Meet retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Execute operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order management.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.

1. Result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Possession of a valid Driver's Permit.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
