1. Serve as a Brand ambassador, promoting Guerlain's image and products.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings.
7. Follow up on Key Performance Indicators at Points of Sale.
8. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Meet retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Execute operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order processing.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.

6. Possession of a Driver's Permit

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
