1. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Guerlain products and maintaining the brand's prestigious image.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product solutions.
5. Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
6. Ensure effective point-of-sale KPI tracking.
7. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
8. Meet retail sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
11. Complete operational and administrative tasks such as reporting and order processing.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license.

1. Result-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
2. Autonomous and proactive.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
