1. Promote and sell Guerlain products while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
3. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
4. Monitor competitive activities, including special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at points of sale.
7. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
8. Meet and exceed retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal inventory.
11. Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order processing.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.

3. Autonomous and proactive work style.
4. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
