1. Serve as the Brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the Guerlain image.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special promotions and product launches.
6. Follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at points of sale.
7. Cultivate enduring relationships with customers and retail partners.
8. Meet retail sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate standards.
10. Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Area Manager to maintain optimal inventory.
11. Complete operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order management.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Valid Driver's Permit.

1. Result-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
2. Autonomous and proactive in approach.
3. Proficient in English (B2 level) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
