1. Serve as a Brand ambassador, achieving sales targets while promoting the Brand image.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Points of Sale.
8. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Meet weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
10. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Execute operational and administrative tasks, including report generation and order management.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Valid Driver's Permit.

1. Result-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years in the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
