1. Serve as a Brand ambassador, promoting Guerlain's image and achieving sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
6. Demonstrate personalized product offerings to customers.
7. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at points of sale.
8. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
9. Meet and exceed retail sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate standards.
11. Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager.
12. Complete operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order management.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Valid driver's license.

1. Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
2. Autonomous and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
