1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the Guerlain brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Initiate and cultivate relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their needs.
3. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers to customers.
4. Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
5. Ensure retail sales targets are met on a monthly basis.
6. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure product availability.
8. Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school graduate or equivalent education.

1. Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level); French is advantageous.
2. Competency in using Office software and Lotus Notes.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school graduate or equivalent.
