1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the Guerlain brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Initiate and cultivate relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.
3. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings to customers.
4. Develop lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
5. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Supervisor to ensure optimal product availability.
7. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level; French is advantageous.
2. Proficient in Office suite and Lotus Notes.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school graduate or equivalent.
