1. Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and build relationships with customers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
5. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Supervisor to ensure adequate product availability.
9. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Customer-focused with a passion for luxury beauty products.

1 - 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
