1. Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and build enduring relationships with customers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customers' needs.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
5. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers through IT loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure product availability.
9. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English or French is a plus.

1 - 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
