1. Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with customers.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
5. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
6. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor.
8. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English or French is advantageous.

1 - 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
